Throughout his career, Devon has successfully closed more than $300,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions locally and nationwide, including over 500,000 square feet of industrial space and a substantial portfolio of NNN investment properties.
He is a graduate of San José State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his academic career, he was selected to invest on behalf of San José State University’s Spartan Fund, a distinction reserved for top-performing finance students.
